Healing Communities, Saving Lives
Healthcare for a Stronger Haiti
The Urgent Need for Healthcare in Haiti

Limited Access to Medical Care
Haiti’s healthcare system faces severe challenges, particularly in rural areas where medical services are nearly nonexistent. With only 25 physicians and 11 nurses per 100,000 people, many communities struggle to access even basic medical care. Odeka Haiti is working to bridge this gap by providing essential healthcare services to those who need it most.
Preventable Diseases & High Mortality Rates
Haiti has some of the highest infant, child, and maternal mortality rates in the Western Hemisphere. Many treatable illnesses such as malaria, cholera, and respiratory infections become deadly due to a lack of medical infrastructure and resources. Our mission is to prevent unnecessary suffering by ensuring every person has access to quality healthcare and life-saving treatments.

Building Sustainable Health Systems
A strong healthcare system requires trained professionals, reliable facilities, and proper medical supplies. At Odeka Haiti, we are working to train local healthcare workers, stock clinics with essential medicines, and establish long-term health initiatives to create lasting improvements in community health.
Odeka Haiti’s Commitment to Health & Wellness
Access to healthcare is a basic human right, yet thousands of Haitians are forced to go without medical attention due to poverty and lack of infrastructure. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to live a healthy life, and we are dedicated to making that a reality.
- We partner with local healthcare providers to expand access to medical care in rural communities.
- We invest in maternal and child health programs to reduce preventable deaths.
- We build and strengthen medical facilities to ensure long-term sustainability.
With your help, we can continue this life-saving work.

Our Healthcare Initiatives
— Community Health Clinics
We support and establish health clinics in rural areas, ensuring families can access medical care without traveling long distances.
— Maternal & Infant Care
With one of the highest maternal mortality rates in the region, we prioritize prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care to protect both mothers and babies.
— Emergency Medical Response
From earthquakes to disease outbreaks, our rapid response teams provide critical medical aid and supplies when disaster strikes.
— Vaccination & Disease Prevention
We work to prevent the spread of deadly diseases by providing vaccinations, clean water, and hygiene education to vulnerable communities.
— Training Local Healthcare Workers
A strong healthcare system starts with qualified professionals. We invest in training nurses, midwives, and community health workers to serve their own communities.
— Malnutrition & Nutrition Support
Malnutrition is a major health crisis in Haiti. We provide nutritional support, vitamins, and feeding programs to ensure children grow up healthy and strong.
